Meet Dae Hayes

Maternal Mental Health Advocate, Author & Speaker

Proud SAHM *stay-at-home mama* of three little ones under three. My journey has been a beautiful blend of faith, family, and a fierce commitment to supporting other mothers through building community. As an educator turned pro-mama advocate, I believe that motherhood is an opportunity to learn to love the life that God assigned to you.

I KNOW THE MENTAL WEIGHT OF MOTHERHOOD, PERSONALLY

Motherhood is an answered prayer I didn't know I signed up for. It stretched me to wear my crown and humbled this highly educated control freak. Instead of following a perfect five-year plan, I leaned into my faith after losing the one thing I prayed for: my pursuit of motherhood.

After grieving the life I thought I would have, regaining my confidence, and sharing my story, I realized I was NOT ALONE. Through battling infertility, isolation, and postpartum depression, I found joy, love, and sisterhood. This is why I created the Very Important Mama Club, a community built on sisterhood, transparency, and faith to support mamas like you.

Love the Life God Designed

Rest is possible. Harmony is your portion. A life of joy and fulfillment is accessible. Peace is your assignment.

Motherhood requires the fullest version of ourselves—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. If I can unlock this fullness, then so can you.

I’ve poured every gem from my lessons of life after loss into the Very Important Mama Club, a community designed to help new mamas with practical faith tools, strategies, and support.

Join VIM Club to:

  • Regain Your Confidence: Step into your power as a mother and a woman.
  • Re-discover Your Passions: Find what makes you come alive again.
